Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team, providing high-quality service and acting as a primary point of contact for patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, families, and visitors, offering assistance with inquiries, check-ins, and directions.
• Manage incoming phone calls, handle general inquiries, and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, registration, and billing inquiries.
• Address patient concerns and complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Communicate hospital policies and procedures courteously to patients and visitors.
• Update patient records, contact details, and assist with necessary paperwork.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments to ensure seamless patient flow and service.
• Maintain confidentiality, protecting patient information in all interactions.
• Support the hospital’s commitment to a welcoming, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in healthcare, is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to assist others.
• Ability to manage stressful situations professionally and with a positive attitude.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with hospital management systems is beneficial.
• Bilingual abilities are an asset.
