Job Summary
Hazel’s Interieurs is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to lead cost estimation and budget management for our interior design projects. This role is crucial in ensuring our projects meet high-quality standards while remaining cost-effective.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: HND
- Experience Level: Entry-Level
- Experience Required: 2+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive client quotations and tenders
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and accurate cost estimates
- Monitor project expenses and track any budget variances
- Identify cost-saving measures and propose value engineering solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers
Requirements
- Education: HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Experience: 2+ years in quantity surveying and estimating
- Skills:
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Bluebeam)
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with construction techniques, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Team-oriented with a focus on building positive client relationships
Monthly Remuneration: NGN 120,000
