Ruff ‘n’ Tumble

A Sales Associate plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service in line with company standards, driving sales, participating in local marketing and merchandising efforts, and protecting company assets within the outlet. This role focuses on achieving financial targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or equivalent to SSCE
  • Experience Level: Internship or Graduate
  • Experience Length: Minimum of 2 years

Job Description and Responsibilities

  1. Merchandise Management:
    • Accurately receive merchandise shipments using transfer slips.
    • Verify merchandise details (prices, codes, age/size, and descriptions) against tags and transfer slips.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Provide a warm welcome to customers and prospects with the Ruff ‘n’ Tumble greeting.
    • Assist customers by offering product guidance and recommendations using tools like the Look-book.
    • Help carry customer-selected items to the till for payment.
  3. Store Maintenance:
    • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and removing cobwebs.
    • Maintain the store window display according to company standards, ensuring mannequins and props are clean and seasonally dressed.
    • Organize items within the store, such as signage, flyers, files, and storage boxes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • Diploma-level education or equivalent qualification.
