Job Overview
BayOne Consults seeks a skilled Social Media Manager with proven expertise in digital marketing. The successful candidate will manage social media platforms for a music and entertainment-focused personal brand, leveraging digital tools and strategies to boost engagement, awareness, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for the assigned personal brand
- Develop and execute a digital content strategy tailored to the target audience in the music and entertainment sectors
- Oversee content production, including photos, graphics, and videos, for various online platforms
- Design and implement marketing campaign strategies to enhance brand presence
- Create engaging, interactive content that encourages audience participation and aligns with the brand identity
- Build and engage online communities, collaborating with other creators
- Conduct data analysis to track social media marketing effectiveness and achieve set goals
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across social channels
- Prepare monthly reports on analytics, campaign outcomes, insights, and growth metrics
- Enhance brand perception through influencer partnerships and social media marketing tools
- Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing tools, and AI applications
- Set and assess KPIs for social media campaigns, measuring success against established goals
- Create and manage high-impact sponsored ads across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads
- Identify target audiences across various demographics for brand-specific content
- Plan and execute a communication strategy for social media and email marketing
- Develop innovative growth tactics, including interactive campaigns like contests, promotions, and giveaways
- Monitor online traffic and SEO performance
- Use design software like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, with experience in AI tools like Chat GPT and Runway ML
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives with a focus on brand relevance, recognition, and demand
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management with a track record of successful campaigns
- Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, email, and SEO management
- Proficiency with design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro)
- Excellent analytical, networking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with creating effective sponsored ad campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales
- Exceptional organizational, content writing, and multitasking abilities
