• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front desk, customer service, or related role

• Proficient in email platforms and word processing tools
• Ability to listen attentively and respond effectively to inquiries
• Background in real estate or construction industry is a strong advantage
• Must be analytical, tech-savvy, and possess strong research skills
