Role Overview
Are you excited to help innovative businesses build impactful digital experiences? As an Associate Solutions Architect at Bloomreach, you’ll be a vital member of our global pre-sales team, working closely with the sales department to drive value through the technical implementation of our Discovery platform. This is a remote role for US-based candidates only, offering the opportunity to lead solution design and technical decisions while working with both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and key technical decisions for the Bloomreach Discovery platform
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Discovery platform, catering to both technical and business stakeholders
• Identify custom features and collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions
• Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Execute pre-sales Proof of Concepts (POCs), including data transformation and UI customization
• Rapidly develop a deep understanding of Bloomreach products to effectively communicate their value
• Improve internal processes for scoping and requirements gathering

Qualifications

• BS in Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years in technical pre-sales (Commerce, Enterprise Search, CMS, eCommerce, etc.)
• 2+ years in technical roles like software engineering or solution engineering
• Proficient in Java, PHP, Python, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Experience with search platforms and merchandising tools
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning, AI, and SEO
• Strong presentation skills, able to speak to both technical and business audiences
• Familiar with Linux, AWS, and GCP is a plus
