We are currently recruiting for the following strategic role:

Job Title: Senior Research Analyst – Capital Market Operations

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Senior Research Analyst with a strong background in capital market operations. The successful candidate will deliver actionable insights, monitor market trends, and support financial operations and strategic initiatives within the capital markets ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct deep-dive research on capital market trends, instruments, and regulatory updates.
Analyze market and operations data to support trading, settlement, and post-trade activities.
Prepare reports and strategic presentations for stakeholders.
Identify operational risks and recommend efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams such as compliance, trading, and operations units.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in capital markets, financial operations, or similar roles.
Strong grasp of the trade lifecycle, market infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Bloomberg, and other financial databases.
Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing abilities.
