Job Summary

Pruvia Integrated Limited, recruiting on behalf of a client in the ICT and Business Management sector, is seeking a Digital Marketing Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will drive brand visibility, digital engagement, and online marketing efforts across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker with strong expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and online content optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies based on research, platform analysis, and audience targeting.
Create, publish, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, HTML) that promotes interaction and drives brand awareness.
Optimize company pages and online presence to maximize visibility and reach on all social platforms.
Monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring alignment with community guidelines and brand tone.
Design and manage editorial calendars and content syndication schedules.
Analyze digital data, social metrics, and audience insights to continuously refine strategies and improve performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and communications teams to maintain brand reputation and coordinate digital initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
Strong writing, content creation, and editing skills across multiple formats (text, photo, video).
Proficient in using social analytics tools and managing multiple platforms.
Working knowledge of SEO, CRO, web development, and web design.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Fluency in English with a professional and customer-centric attitude.
