Position Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven Customer Service Executive to manage the daily operations of our furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will have a background in furniture sales, retail customer service, or interior design, and a knack for creating memorable shopping experiences. This role requires a hands-on individual who can lead a team, maintain showroom standards, and drive customer satisfaction and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Deliver an exceptional in-store experience, from greeting customers to after-sales support.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, layout planning, and interior design consultation.
- Cultivate strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Showroom Management
- Uphold high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Manage inventory levels in coordination with production and warehouse teams.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with the production team on new product launches and availability.
- Partner with the marketing team to support in-store promotions and events.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on customer feedback, sales, and showroom activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Interior Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service executive or retail showroom management role—preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of space planning, furniture layout, and design aesthetics.
- Organized, proactive, and proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
