Job Overview

We’re seeking a versatile IT Personnel who excels in technical support and content creation. This dual-role professional will ensure the smooth running of IT systems while producing high-quality digital content for branding, marketing, and communication purposes within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support / IT Functions

• System & Network Maintenance:
  • Monitor and manage servers, computer systems, and network infrastructure
  • Install and configure hardware and software for team members
• Troubleshooting:
  • Deliver timely on-site and remote support for IT issues
  • Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems efficiently
• IT Asset Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of IT equipment
  • Coordinate device repairs, upgrades, and security updates
• POS & PMS Support:
  • Troubleshoot property management and POS systems (e.g., Opera, Protel)
  • Support front desk and hotel reservation platforms
• Security & Data Management:
  • Ensure network security and secure data handling
  • Support cybersecurity awareness and enforcement among staff

Content Creation / Digital Media

• Digital Production:
  • Create captivating media for the hotel’s digital platforms (photos, videos, infographics)
  • Edit promotional materials including room tours, events, and brand stories
• Graphic Design:
  • Design branded assets such as flyers, banners, menus, and digital signage
  • Uphold consistency in brand visuals and messaging
• Website & Social Media:
  • Update web pages, blogs, and promotional content regularly
  • Support social media strategy to boost visibility and engagement
• Photography & Videography:
  • Capture and edit high-quality visuals of hotel spaces and functions
  • Organize and archive digital assets for future campaigns
